With over 12 years of experience spanning Italian, French, and American cuisines, he has developed a diverse and refined culinary repertoire. Currently, he delights in crafting pasta and exploring Italian cuisine through chef residencies, pop-ups, private dining events, and more. Excitingly, he plans to launch his own concept in the Detroit area soon.
